Social Sciences
1. Do a waste audit for a week in your class. At the end of every day record the rubbish in your class bins.
Things to record:

- Was it in the right bin?
- Could it have been reused before it went into the bin?
What did you notice about the rubbish in your bins? What could be done differently? What would you say to your class about their rubbish?
2. What happens to our rubbish after it leaves the school. Draw a flow chart to explain what happens to the rubbish.
3. In the front of the book there is a list of ways you can help Look After Our World. Can you think of any more. Make a list of other ideas to share about how to look after our world.
